I would have been one of those slightly difficult customers for this purchase. I firstly made a mistake with the postage, it was adjusted immediately, next I realised my reading comprehension was terrible and I ordered a lefty instead of a righty, I reach out again and once again impeccable service. The right hand version was not available in my original choice so appropriate substitutions were offered, I had many questions and they were all answered promptly and in depth so I understood what I was buying. Service was so kind and accomodating in fixing my mistakes, my item arrived and is packed so securely and safe. There were 2 small items missing from my freebie pack, but not enough of an issue to really worry about at all. I will forever reccomend ukulelemate!
