The Horizon Front Rim did not include the 3 bolts. However, Jose and the fluidfreeride team went over and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. They sent me the 3 bolts and an additional item to help me with the installation process. Cant recommend fuildfreeride enough on how good they treat their customers. 5 stars!
