Cords not working

I have two of these yet I keep getting a error message saying that video i need to reconnect the wires before I cant start session I recheck everything but still wont connect

wonderful customer service and very well versed with everything.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Sam this time and did tell him that I was not getting a solid conductivity bar with the use of my mask. He exactly knew what I was talking about and in no time he told me that my lead wire was defective. He ordered a new one for me and within just a few days I got it without much hassle. Now all my masks are working fine and I am enjoying my QT. Another thing that I would like to add is that the entire team is so well-versed with all the types of equipment that you can ask them any question and they answer them with so much patience that it feels so simple and one enjoys doing the treatment. I have spoken to Ms.Stephany initially, She is such a lovely person to talk to. She really helped me to get to know my QT. I appreciate the entire team. Thank you all
