You guys are our favourite small business ever. My niece found your company at a market in penticton in the summer, and when she lost her cat at school she was so devastated, but when I reached out and told my story, the kindness and understanding you had was bar none. I appreciated your help so much in helping me replace her cat and getting it to us as fast as you did. You truly made her feel so loved and special. We’ve been having a hard year and this made things so much better for her
