Worked as expected, and glad a purchased it from here because my usb-a to usb-c cable wouldn't charge the device.

I'm using this device to recharge my cellphone in my car, which has the old-style conventional USB port which is otherwise incompatible with the new USB-C configuration. The 6" length is ideal - I don't need 6 feet of cord!
