Installation was difficult. The main water pipe is very short, making it very difficult to connect to the control unit as it remains behind the sink. Once installed, everything works well, although there is a slight noise coming from the mixer tap. On the other hand, the customer service was excellent. Following a delivery problem with the shipping company, they responded quickly and resolved the issue by sending a replacement promptly via express courier.
