Alright
Comfortable when your head is placed in the middle but harsh around the edges. Also when placed at different heights it is very flimsy with significant wobble

I have chronic pain and migraine and I love this headrest
Initially my partner ordered the chair for our home PC as he uses one to WFH, and with my issues, I figured that the head rest would also help me sir more comfortably and I was right. My partner is now going to get one for his work chair.
