Archer 3-Piece Luggage Set

I purchased for my grand daughter whos about to leave fir college. I wanted her to have a nice set of luggage traveling to and from school. The suitcases are super cute (pink). Love that they have TSA locks. Not sure hiw sturdy they are but will know after she returns from her vacay!

Great Luggage

Just recently used one piece of my new luggage set on a two-week international trip, so I now feel comfortable enough to leave a genuine review. I purchased this set because I wanted to try a hard-side luggage set with TSA locks and I specifically wanted the purple color offered as I cannot find it anywhere else with decent reviews. I decided to use the large-sized luggage for my trip as I would be gone for 11 days and flying through multiple airports. I also had to drag it up stairs, buses, and roll it through streets and still I returned with minor scuffs and no dents, so I can confidently report that the hard-side luggage holds up well through transit. The luggage is spacious so you can fit a lot inside, however, the luggage itself is heavy. Even though you could theoretically fit a lot inside, the weight of the bag will negatively impact how much you can stuff inside if you are trying to be mindful of weight allowances/oversized luggage fees. I thought the wheels were quite smooth, but a friend who used my luggage at one point thought the wheels were terrible, so it may be a toss up if actually rides smoothly. The luggage did seem to veer off to the side from time to time when walking in a straight line, so maybe it's not as great as I thought.... Overall, I enjoyed the luggage and would recommend it to those looking for a cool color, TSA locks, and lots of space. If you are worried about oversize luggage fees, soft-side luggage may be of more interest to you (or pack lighter than me, a notorious over-packer).
