Beautiful and well made bracelets. I ordered two and was hoping they would be ok on a very tiny wrist, which mine are slightly smaller than 5". They fit great! One came with a chip, I emailed the company and got a reply within 24 hours. They sent out a new one immediately. No hassles, just excellent customer service! I highly recommend their products and will buy again as customer service is extremely important to me.
