Love the Necklace - Terrible Customer Service
This necklace is shown with an extender for additional length in every photo. I purchased as a gift for my daughter (photo on the right) and emailed customer service no less than six times and I never received a response. I would at a minimum expected a response recommending that the extender is available for purchase. She loves the necklace but would prefer to be able to wear slightly longer for a layered look.

I got the 14k version and it’s very well made perfect everyday necklace. This isn’t the first necklace I bought from this site, never disappointed:)
