I was worried when I got told I needed to add some iron into my vitamin line-up as I had heard a lot of horror stories, but these not only taste great (seriously a lot of the ones on the market taste like berry sprinkled metal), but I also did not have issues with digestion. I take them first thing when I wake up and a few weeks in I've already noticed a huge difference in my energy. Yay iron that isn't horrible!
