Color is more orange than gold looking not worth the price

The pendant is very pretty  however, the shipping on this item took almost 3 months. Once I receive the item, the chain that I had ordered was the wrong size so I tried to get in contact with them to exchange or return it for a longer chain, which ended up being a very frustrating process. It took almost 30 days just to get in contact with them for them to tell me that I could no longer exchange or return because I only had 30 days but they took no consideration in the fact that I had been emailing them about the issue immediately once I received the packages and seen there was an issue.
