ToughJuice charges fine

It finally arrived after they fixed their shipping issues. So far the ToughJuice charges every thing I tried with a cable. My Pixel5 only charges on the wireless for 2-3 seconds then stops. The pixel5 charges wirelessly on my other wireless charger so I am pretty sure its not the pixel5. But I did not buy the Tougjuice simply because of the wireless charger. I bought it for the battery capacity.
