Had an issue with the post office tracking my package. Chris contacted me right away to help resolve the issue , he kept me informed every step of the way . The rod is awesome in a medium, it’s amazing in a heavy , I do a lot of river fishing so heavier sinkers , fight fish + current this rod has the back bone for it .
