Enigma is a light blue base with hot pink glow in the dark pigment loaded with purple-red-golden flakies
All of these are light enough that they can be used over a color.
Polishes will need to charge under UV light to react at night.

LOOOVE ZCL, the owner is just the absolute sweetest and always sends candy and/or cute stickers! I was actually worried Enigma wouldn't end up being a polish you could wear alone/was strictly a topper, but I was delighted to find you absolutely could and have it still look lovely!
