Received the wrong sunhat

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a Los Angeles Dodgers sun hat, but FOCO sent me an Angels sun hat instead. I contacted customer service right away, and they gave me a ticket ID — but after that, I never received any update, no explanation, no replacement, and no refund. This purchase was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my family, and because FOCO sent the wrong item and never followed up, I wasn’t able to give the gift at all. It’s frustrating to spend money, receive the wrong merchandise, and then be left without any communication about what will happen with my order. I hope FOCO improves their customer service and resolves issues like this more quickly, because this experience was very disappointing.
