I ordered this hat and I was a bit disappointed because the straw was coming apart on the top. I emailed customer service and they shipped me a new one, no questions asked!! Amazing customer service. The next hat that came in was perfect!

Astros Straw Hat

After ordering, did standard shipping rate, 3-5 or 7 business days to be delivered. After not receiving the hat in that time, I reached out and they said if I don’t receive it in the next 7 days to reach out again. They were VERY prompt on responding to my messages. Which was reassuring. Still didn’t get it after that week. So they sent another one and I received with in that week. Unfortunately when I received the hat the Houston Astros patch on the front of the hat was quite cheap and crooked. So I detached it with a seam ripper, very carefully bc it was also glued to the hat and then hot glued it back on. I will wear it bc I bought it, but I will not recommend buying from here to my friends. The hat is nice other wise and y’alls customer service is on point.
