Whipped Body Butter

Never received a tracking number so I contacted the company via IG and was told my purchase had shipped and they added an extra item as a thank you, which was nice. However, when I received my item, it was the wrong fragrance. I contacted the company via IG again to make them aware and was told they would send me the correct one. Weeks later, I never received anything and when I reached out again via IG, I was told they would follow up but I never heard back. Total time back and forth (6-8 weeks). Product is good but I will not purchase from their online store again. If I am ever in the Atlanta area again, I will try to visit the shop in person.
