Took my money while I was still counting it

Shopping with bumpkin was a ghastly reminder that I despise how insidious and exploitative e-commerce has become. I thought I was checking out, but no, Bumkin had already taken my money. They have such a "smooth" and "Seamless" shopping experience I did not even get to review my order and check how much money they were taking from me before it was gone. The only reason I didn't cancel the order on principle is because Bumkin takes advantage of an emotionally vulnerable market: new parents. My partner was already attached to these items, picturing our baby with them, and Bumkin was there to snatch the money out of my wallet while my partner was still dayreaming. I will never use this company again. Shame on us all for allowing companies to rebuild our world so we have to work like dogs to get paid slow while they suck the money out of your wallet fast and easy. I fear for the future of my child.
