Thin Leather Hat Band

If I could give this company a negative 1-star rating, I would. I placed my order on July 14, and as of today it still hasn't moved. After reaching out for an update, I was told they oversold one of the hats, but no one contacted me beforehand to explain the delay. I had to chase them down for information. This has been a terrible customer experience from start to finish. I'm also a wholesale customer, and after this experience I will never place another wholesale or personal order with this company. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and extremely disappointing service.

The Gigi Pip 3/8" leather hat band in camel brown with silver pin looks great! It was easy to remove a grosgrain band and fit on the new band.
