Unfortunately the shoes did not fit. However, I have a complaint! I paid to return them to you as a return slip was not included in my package. I also advised you that I did not need for you to reimburse me for the shipping. I paid $14.00 to ship them back. You still deducted the $9.00 for return shipping. Please reimburse the $9.00. I will then will have received full amount paid for the shoes and you will not be out of any costs. You have handled my transaction ,other than the shipping issue, expeditiously and promptly I certainly will do business with you again as I believe this issue is an over sight on your part

Beautiful but too large

I had to return the shoe because it was way too large for a size 6 and you don’t carry 5. If you ever make it in half sizes or in a 5, please let me know.
