Medela responsiveness, quality, replacement parts

In our practices using the TransMed7 technologies (all are compatible with the M-Vario 18's) the Medela hi-flow Vario 18 pumps are our quiet, powerful workhorses. The only issues we've run into are that the silicone tubing connectors can be broken just above the double O-rings if someone changes tubing quickly. Needless to say it's important to be able to get a perfect replacement quickly, which happily has been our experience with MFI. Their team knows exactly which parts to offer and the choices are excellent (some may prefer an elbow, some may prefer a straight connector---we like having both options), the knowledgeable staff are helpful, pleasant, professional and overall the experience and service they offer has been very rewarding for us because those characteristics enable us to continue serving our patients with focus and efficiency.
