Exceptional Service and excellent quality

Lara at Elise Design went above and beyond to get my dress to me on time (despite a delivery fiasco completely beyond their control). She sent a second dress by express post while the first undelivered one was making its way back to their warehouse. She even included a handwritten note! Such wonderful service from truly lovely staff. I think one of the nicest online shopping experiences I have ever had. This is no small feat since I think they also run a physical store during the day! Also, the dress was a perfect fit, made of heavy linen, and fully lined. I am not sure how they did it but they folded it in such a way that it barely needed any ironing. Cannot recommend Elise Designs highly enough!
