BosleyMD BosRevive Non Color-Treated Starter Kit

I’ve only been using the Bosley shampoo kit for about a week so it’s a little early to tell. The conditioner smells great and the shampoo feels nice on my hair. After I’ve been using it awhile longer I’d love to come back and hopefully change from 4 stars to 5!!

Great product...horrible customer service! Immediately upon placing my order, I noticed it was being sent to a wrong address. I accessed 'contact us' and started a conversation with a rep. I explained the problem and asked to stop or cancel the order so I could have it sent to the correct address. I was told someone would contact me via phone...but no one ever did. The product was delivered to an address that is not mine. I had to place another order just to get what I wanted. So, in effect, I paid twice as much for the product.
