The product is great however the receipt of the bottle was damaged on the cap and leaked the product some of the conditioner leaked in the plastic bag it was wrapped in. Maybe you should find a better way to ship it.

Very little hair loss while the result is soft and voluminizing.

The conditioner is good, but it’s VERY difficult to get it out of the container. I keep it upside down, then have to squeeze it very hard to get it out. It hurts my hand and sometimes I give up and take the top off to get the conditioner out. Please come up with a more user friendly container.
