1st purchase

This was my first purchase with this type of product. They did reply in a timely manner to my question and sent a nice note with the braclets. My only issue is when I asked about the sizing because of my inexperience I understood that they added 1cm to the length not including the shackle or clasp. to my surprise they bracelet was skin tight. Probably my misunderstanding and I do plan to reorder this product in a longer length, the craftmanship is excellent in my opinion.
