The masks were the wrong size but nonreturnable

I have been a customer for several years and ordered by mistake kids-sized masks instead of the Youth size. I emailed Kollecte within 1 hour of receiving the package and realizing my mistake. There was no response. In the policy on the website they state that the masks are non returnable. Despite them being individually sealed in. This was a huge lesson. I found other stores that do allow returns, so they will be getting my next order.
