Sonaki Vitapure 300 Shower Dual Inline filter

The Sonaki Vitapure 300 Shower Dual Inline Filter is a nice idea. The one we ordered worked well for the first 4-5 weeks, and we liked it a lot. However, it began to obstruct the water flow, and since the vitamin C portion was dwindling, we decided to change both the filter and the vitamin C portion, too. When it all was reconnected, it worked well…. for a few days, but soon the water flow became obstructed again. We removed the cord filter from that side of the device, while leaving the vitamin C side intact, and the water flow resumed normally. Presently, we are trying to find out what the problem is, because when it works, it is nice, but right now, only the vitamin C side is working and we are disappointed in the entire over-all device. Since it is a bit pricey, we expected better performance for a much longer duration with normal water flow. I called Sonaki to get guidance, and the voicemail there said if this was bought on Amazon, to work through their customer support there which is my next step.

directions/water pressure

I am finding it difficult to get good directions on which direction the white filter goes in. When I put it in the direction I remember it going in, the water pressure decreases dramatically. There doesn't seem to be any YouTube videos showing how to do it. My fault for throwing out the box immediately
