super stylish and so convenient for trips with many destinations as you can easily see and access all your key clothing items! however the compression funtion is not quite as successful as it could be since it can then be difficult to fully close the bag; not making full use of the space when everyting is stowed away.

My experience so far has been terrible. It took two weeks to get my brand new bag. It arrived missing the closet insert. I was told they had no more closet inserts to send and had no ETA on when they would get more. I was told I could do a replacement bag. That was a week ago. Still waiting for my email with the return label to be sent to me. It has been weeks and still no functional bag. I was buying this bag for a trip at the end of June. It looks like that will not happen. I am about to request a full refund. Not sure what is happening with this company. For now I would avoid them.

I’ve been a few international trips. I appreciate that the size of bag I purchased fits in all the overhead bins/lockers. The packaging system works as advertised. It is nice to just hang it up and i am unpacked. Last the wheels hold up well. They have been drug across cobblestones and uneven concrete and still work on airport floors.
