Carry-On Closet Original

This product was delivered without the carry-on closet. When I contacted the company they told me they knew it was delivered without the carry-on closet because it was not in stock. Are you kidding me you deliver a product that's not fully what I ordered, knowing it!! This company is a joke. I'm still waiting on the carry-on closet to be delivered two months later

Great suitcase, terrible service

The replacement I received for my initial purchase is great, but the process to receive this replacement was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I will never order from Solgaard again and will tell anyone else on the market for new luggage to do the same. It’s a really great suitcase, but the weeks-long stress to get it was not worth it.

I ordered for an upcoming trip, it arrived without the closet insert. I contacted support and they could not ship just an insert, so I had to return the “empty closet”. I am being shipped a new order (hopefully with a closet), but without expited shipping available, it most likely will not be delivered in time for my trip. If I don’t receive it, I’ll most likely return it when I get back from my trip.
