Challenging to Install

I installed fix of the OEM Floor Anchors in the cabin of my C&C 44. The male piece went into 3/4" teak & holly marine plywood. The female piece went into the FRP stringers under the cabin sole. Several of the female pieces were extraordinarily difficult to screw into the FRP because the installation bit kept slipping out the slots in the female half of the anchor. I ended up having to use a flat head screw driver to twist the female half into the FRP and even that was dicey. When installing the male-half of the anchor in the 3/4" playwood, I had to hit them several times with a hammer & 2x4 to drive them all the way in to the plywood.
