2nd time we have used the product both times the client balked at the cost but agreed it was worth it after seeing final installation. Our team ran into an installation issue, we called the office and one of the customer service reps ‘mocked’ up a couple options, took pics and sent them from his personal phone. Great customer service and they acknowledged they needed / were working on an adapter to fix the problem when trying to cleanly connect the wall drain in an outside 90. I look forward to seeing the 270 degree 90.
