Four-star, could use some enhancements

The chef knife roll is very attractive. It is a little tight for eight blades also from the image that is portrayed, it appears to be more of a “weathered leather.” Rather than the bright, stiff leather that was received. Because the buckles were tight, I had to add an additional buckle hole on the bottom of the wrap to accommodate the width of the handles. Overall, it is an attractive, knife role, but could use some enhancements.

Terrible

Shipping took weeks & customer service was terrible only to arrive falling apart, the rivets pulling through the leather. Then they wouldn't refund shipping & handling or packaging & completely ignored my emails regarding this.
