Super easy to assemble. It’s also very cool assembling it yourself as then you know exactly how it works and every piece on it. Will be buying another for my frag tank very soon!

I love that Avast gives hobbyists the DIY option so they can save money on what is a super easy build. At least, it's easy if you put your glasses on. haha I'm at the age I need to wear readers, and I wasn't using them. Thought the paper on the white acrylic parts was part of the way it was supposed to be. Thought it was a bit ugly, but rolled with it anyway. I had already glued the motor housing on before I realized I needed to take the paper off. DUH. Only issue I had at all was my Red Sea ReefDoser wouldn't accept the included black tubing, and the more flexible tubing didn't fit the intake valve. I ended up just running the flexible tubing all the way in, taking the white interior rigid tubing out. I hope that doesn't affect it. Seems okay for now, though. Thanks for a great product!
