Love these elbow pads they fit perfect & lightweight. The size chart for infamous arm guards is horrible; however, once you get the right size they are great. At 250lbs and 5'9" the 2xl were perfect for me. They are snug like any compression fitting clothing and by far the most comfortable I have worn of any arm protection and without being overly padded
