I liked the sweatshirt

Quality was great. Return/exchange process very poor.

Awful customer service.

Communication with this company is terrible. My order was placed with the wrong address and I reached out to them asking could it be corrected or the order canceled so I can order again and it took almost a week for them to initially respond. I was then asked what my correct address is and I gave them that. Another week later my order was still shipped to the wrong address. I’ve constantly reached out to let them know I didn’t not receive my order and that I would like a refund and still no response from this company. But they constantly post on social media every day. I will not be ordering from here again.
