I am very impressed by the customer service. On days I wouldn't expect to get a reply to my request, I got a reply. Also the speed of delivery and the extra effort that was taken to have my order in my hands before a specific date, blew me away. I was on a time crunch and Big Dog Chains came through for me. You can feel the quality in your hands. Very strong with no worries of my now one year old fawn Doberman breaking free if he tries. Now definitely a lifetime customer.

I was very excited to receive this collar as most retailers don't carry such. Big Dog Chains is probably the only website I found with such heavy duty collars. It came in two weeks and was packaged very well. The only thing I wasn't too fond of was the dullness in the clasp and dog tag, which is why I left off a star. It's not very noticeable but for the price point I was a little disappointed. Customer support was very good about the dog tag and replaced it at no cost. I will definitely be purchasing a leash to go along with the collar. I'd recommend this product. I might add it's very good for dogs who itch at fabric collars, my Weimaraner finds this collar very comfortable.
