General Digital Cooking Thermometer

oddly enough bought this to measure temps at different locations in the house here; since it's digital temp will adjust pretty quickly just laying it down somewhere room to room; this one worked good for a few till display started blinking out; knew it was a faulty connection as I discovered i.e. the battery bracket came loose one side of a solder node making the battery loose; I carefully took a tiny tool to bend the bracket better to hold battery, now is fine
