Ordered the 36 Pin Cartridge for my A6S to use for Cosmetic needling. Works like a charm. Cosmetic needling is something you can do between treatments. I only do the "Medical needling" once every 4 to 6 weeks--I alternate with the Nano needling and the Cosmetic needling in between!!
