My wife has trouble with her lips cracking all the time due to her ongoing cancer treatment.
Our daughter picked up a bottle when she was in Hawaii.
My wife tried it and found it worked better than anything she had tried including prescription ointments.

Great Lip Balm
This lip balm is light and feels very comfortable on the lips. It does not feel waxy like other lip balms can feel. Plus it makes your lips so soft and smooth. Comes is very cute jar. I love it.
