Green Peppercorn Pâté with Chianti Wine

Green Peppercorn Pate

I liked the flavor. I would have liked more peppercorns. The texture was courser than other pate? Not sure if this is just the way y'all do pate or a different style? It was delicious but did not go as fast as the salamis I had out with it, Saucisson D'Arles and the Finocchiona.
