Wildwood Preset - Not up to Standard

Good day. To Whom it may concern, I recently purchased the Wildwood preset from Lux Lens. As a professional, natural-light, traveled photographer, I must say what Lux Lens advertise and what one receive is not nearly comparable. I completely understand the fact that each image are photographed in different settings, backgrounds AND light.. But dear god, not nearly one of these presets come close to the ones been advertised. If I could attach a screenshot you would see that on ALL my images with this preset, there is a major luminance skin problem. I tried fixing it, but ended up with the original look of the image. Another thing I noticed is that the greens on MY images comparing to the greens been advertised, does not NEARLY match up. If I can get fully refunded for this purchase - I would really appreciate it.

Not sure about this group of presets

I’m only just starting to use this preset group for photos of our cabin in Maine. I think these will work with very specific types of photos (beiges and greens) - mine don’t look anywhere as gorgeous as the photos in the samples. The presets just make my photos darker and drab. I have some other presets from this company that work pretty well - just not sure about this set.
