These cages really bring out an industrial feel to antique lamps. Aside from serving the purpose they were designed for, they add a dimension that is not "fake". I recently purchased three of the cages to upgrade a new Hunter ceiling fan. The fan came with cages that just were not authentic. I thought it would be cool to put real cages on the fan and it looks great. It pushed the industrial feel of the lamp to truly authentic. I have one on an antique floor lamp that completely changes the elegance to industrial everyday use. They can really mix up your lighting by shifting the lamps look. The clamp on to the end of the socket, but you need to ensure that the full diameter, including clamping hardware, will fit into the fixture your socket is in. They cannot be easier to install and have a solid grip.

The lights I purchased did not work out for me. I wish they would have. I would have liked to work with this company. Gabi was over the top efficient and helpful. I would use them in a flash if I needed to in the future. Great customer service!

Unable to use it the way I wanted. Since is was so cool I placed it over one of those flameless candles! Love it.
