Extremely Disappointing Experience

I hate to leave a poor review, but my order still hasn’t been delivered, and I received an email from Agreeable Agony asking me to review this product. Unfortunately, the shipping partner, SpeedX, does not live up to their name. I’ve received no communication about why the order has been delayed so long, and Agreeable Agony’s customer service messaged me saying the order should be delivered today. No delivery arrived. I understand they batch-ship orders, but I am past the fulfillment window listed on the website. It’s disappointing, as the product looks great. I can’t recommend anyone buying from here until they improve the shipping experience.

Perfect beginners set. The rope has just enough tension for knots to hold while still feeling soft on the skin. I had a shipping issue and customer service was excellent and quickly resolved the issue. 10/10 on both product and service!

Love the MFP and I buy this kit when on sale. Great deal and fun rope.
