Yarrow Face Oil & Cleanser

Love it!

I have fairly dry skin so I wanted to try using the yarrow cleanser instead of harsh cleaners/cleansers. The yarrow oil cleanser is so lovely! I enjoy that I could also leave it on as a moisturizer.

Skin so smooth!

I got this as part of a set with a face oil and a clay polish. This oil is very gentle and not heavy/greasy. Works well to cleanse the skin with a warm, damp towel to remove. My skin feels super soft after using this set.

I wash my face twice at night

i may not be using the yarrow cleansing oil as directed but i love it!! before bed, I massage the cleansing oil on my dry face, then with warm wet washcloth, i gently remove the oil which contains surface dirt particles and pollutants accumulated from the air, make-up, etc. then i use a soft face brush with one of Boreal Folk’s soaps like Nettle Soap to lather and cleanse my skin deeper. After cleansing at night and (without cleansing) in the morning, I use the Rosehip Toner, and a few drops of Fireweed Face oil in the new Wild Rose Skin Butter. This is a practice I learned in my 20’s that really keeps my pores clean and my skin clear…most people cannot believe i just had my 61st birthday and I live in Palm Desert!! Boreal Folk’s products smell pure, lovely, and have kept my skin plump and moist in the most parched environments!! I especially love the NEW formula Tallow Skin Stick!! It’s a wonderful lip balm and under eye moisturizer!! It’s actually my favorite lip balm EVER!! As you can tell by the photo, I love their products and never want to run out—I also give them to friends in the desert all the time. Lastly, the kindness and personal communication I have received from the company’s management has made this company my first choice moving forward!!
