Mold Making Urethane Rubber Polytek 75-70 (70 Shore Hardness)

I attempted to use this urethane as a casting material for a 2 part rubber shoe sole mold experiment but it ended up becoming way to thick to pour into the 0.5inch dia down spout and ended up clogging up. my mixing and degassing process took about 20 min. so by that point it had started to catalyze. Next time i will attempt to leave the urethane in a fridge for a few hours before mixing so that its colder and also try skipping the degassing process to save time and see what happens. I will also probably use some type of machine powered mixing device to speed up the mixing process.
