After an unpleasant email chain, SBA owner, Chlesea reached out personally! I was so pleasantly surprised, such a lovely gesture! I ordered several Eye Balms for my mom, sisters, daughter and nieces and they loved them! I like the softer formula, it’s easier to apply. I love the way it moisturizes the skin without leaving it greasy or irritating at all. Great product!
