If you are elderly or just lacking strength, don’t do it. You’d think the assembly would be easy, but I was ready to throw the entire thing in the trash after fighting with the plastic inserts and zippers. There has got to be a better way.

Three of the zippers are near impossible to rezip once unzipped. Most would just give up. I didn't. I hated myself and everybody/everything on earth and throughout the entirety of existence. The panels that fold out to support the bag in open-and-vertical mode tend to fold under when the bag is (completely or relatively) unweighted. Put some stuff in it. I'm hoping the panels will "set" after extended usage. I discovered those features immediately upon unpacking the bag. I was so torqued off about it I packed it back up and didn't touch the darn thing again for over two months. I just loaded it up with our collection of happiness and light. It looks like it's going to work out. It's well-made other than the points I opened with. If my mood wasn't so sour from being smacked around at the unboxing, I'd likely up the star count.
