Soft-Close Toilet Seat Replacement (for BAI 1009, 1011)

Great product

I could not be more disappointed. I bought the toilet in 2016 and love it. I needed to replace the seat which had been ruined by hair dye, and the replacement seat was nothing like the quality of the seat that came with the toilet. The replacement was cheap thin shiny plastic that was very lightweight and substandard. Even the parts were plastic, unlike the original seat that had metal parts. I wrote to the company to inform of my complaint and they basically said sorry. We will notify someone. Thanks for nothing.

The customer service was great. When our ordered item arrived damaged from the shipping company, the customer support team jumped into action, sending us a new item, double wrapped the 2nd time, and it arrived unscathed. Nicely done!
