Wonderful company
Hook and Gaff is a fantastic company. I purchased a watch for my husband over a year ago and we both still love it. My husband has a collection of known "luxury" brands but your watch is his favorite. In addition I recently ordered a sticker for my car and a tee shirt. I received my items quickly and to my surprise I was gifted an additional sticker and presented with a hand written thank you note. This simple though thoughtful gesture puts this company above and beyond as far as customer service. Thank you!
