Outstanding customer service representative, Edmond called to explain details on products. Knowledgeable of product and very courteous. The hand written note included was tops. Towel warmer w/ sterilizer works great and appreciate the unit for sterilization.

This hot towel cabinet, arrived quickly and in good working order. I generally use warm water to soak then ring them out before they go in the hot cabinet. It take about 20 min for them to get hot on the lower setting. If you happen to be running late, just crank up the heat adjustment. It's wonderful to be able to now offer hot towels during and after a massage. My clients love it and so do I. I'm happy with my purchase. And the customer service is top of the line, outstanding.
